Minimum spend on catering of approx $100 in order to waive the venue hire fee for the first hour.

Otherwise it would be: $30 per hour, going up to $40 per hour to also utilise the AV system.

The function room is in a converted brick garage with exposed wooden roof beams. The modern in tandem wth the old creates a unique atmosphere. It will comfortably hold up to 30 seated people and more standing depending on the type of event.

We are conveniently located just off Sawyers Arms Rd, half way between the airport ring road and Northlands Mall.

The room has a projector and speakers available for connection to a laptop, a toilet, small kitchen as well as a lovely outdoor deck leading on to a garden area with tables, raised herb beds, grass and a double set of half bifolds linking the kitchen area to the outside. It is ideal for a inside/outside function where food and drink can be served to guests inside the function room and outside on the deck.

As the function room is very close to the Cafe you have the ability to either pre-order food/drink from the cafe or to purchase it as required. For catering quotes either contact us for advice and suggestions or look for inspiration on our catering web page.

To have a staff member present (and we will have a coffee machine on site to provide coffees as required at cost) would be at an extra rate of $30 per hour per staff member.

Food and catering costs are as per our normal Cafe food and catering menus.
